10. Activation of the Number

11. Customer Responsibility After Activation

Once a mobile number has been activated or transferred into the customer's name, the customer becomes responsible for maintaining and using the connection in accordance with the telecom operator's terms.

The customer is responsible for:

• Maintaining required recharge or validity;

• Preventing unauthorized use of the number.

12. Important Notice Before Activation

Customers must not print, publish, advertise, display, market, resell, or otherwise promote a purchased mobile number as their own business or personal contact number until the number has been successfully activated or transferred into their name, as applicable.

Fancy Number Wala is not responsible for any loss, confusion, business communication, or third-party interaction resulting from a customer publicly displaying or using a number before its successful activation or transfer.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

14. No Refund After Applicable Non-Refundable Stage

15. Number Exchange

Customers should select their mobile number carefully before completing their purchase.

Number exchange is generally not available after the UPC has been delivered.

If Fancy Number Wala is unable to provide the selected number or UPC due to an issue on our side, we may, where appropriate, offer an alternative number or another resolution.

Any such arrangement will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.

16. Recycled or Previously Assigned Numbers

Customers understand that not every mobile number can be guaranteed to be completely new or previously unused.
